Good information, parking in the cellar, public transport into city centre nearby, access to the autoroute is close, supermarkets around the corner.

Location is good, close to tram stop. Shop nearby.

The location is situated very close to Lidl, which allowed us to buy food. In the room, we had a pan, a pot, and cutlery, which allowed us to cook. The bed was very comfortable. The room has blinds, which allowed us to sleep late, keeping the room cool and dark.

The apartment was great, location was good, public transport stations and Lidl were close, everything was clean, cozy.

Good parking for my car was available with plenty of spaces, with an elevator to my floor. It was clean and modern enough. I could checkin during night hours as well, since my keys were put in a locker with a code.

Transportation from the hotel to the center was not hard, it was pretty easy by bus. The rooms were clean enough. We talked with 2 ladies from housekeeping and they were pretty helpful.

The vacation was ruined from the very beginning. The hotel is located on a dusty street next to a construction site — constant noise, dirt, and it’s almost impossible to breathe. The front door was locked, and we had to wait for someone to come out to get inside. We arrived at 2:48 PM, but the receptionist refused to check us in until exactly 3:00 PM — we had to sit and wait “according to the rules.” When we finally got to our room, we were met with more disappointment: no windows, dirty and dusty doors, stuffy and uncomfortable atmosphere. The only cooling device was an old fan that barely worked. The receptionist claimed the Wi-Fi password was on the TV, but there was no password — and no proper help was offered. As a result, we had no internet access for the entire stay. The worst part was our last night. We returned at 11:30 PM and found that our key no longer worked. We called the receptionist, and he said he would come within an hour. In reality, we waited outside the room for more than an hour and a half! When we asked where we could use a toilet in the meantime, he just kept saying, “I don’t understand.” In the end: instead of a relaxing vacation, we got frustration, exhaustion, and a ruined birthday. If you value comfort, respectful service, and simply want to enjoy your holiday — stay far away from this place. All you’ll get here is stress and disappointment.

Great price and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. I liked the apartment style and it was easy to find and the reception worked really well. I booked it late in the day but everything worked smoothly. The host was very patient and very helpful. The price was very good

Good accommodation

The place was clean and roomy. Coffee machine was pretty nice. We didnt hear any noise from other rooms and overall the location was quiet.

Nice rooms with a nice little kitchen area. Easy to walk or get the tram into the centre.
