“Perfect place to stay in Nice”

We really enjoyed this stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and in a great location. It was super easy and fast to get there from the airport via train from Grand Arenas tram stop / Nice Saint Augustin train station. We appreciated having a big bed (not standard in french apartments), plus huge thanks to Elena for arranging two duvets instead of needing to share one with my friend. The kitchen was well equipped and had a little balcony just perfect for a morning coffee. It's convenient to have an A/C mobile unit in the bedroom however is was not really needed because the house has new windows and external window blinds that keep the hot air out if shut during the day. Communication was smooth and key handover also. Can definitely recommend.

We love everything in and about the apartment. It's very close to the train station, easy to find and travel to nearby cities, villages and beaches. The owner, Elena, is very nice, easy to reach, and always reply timely, she speaks good English and is friendly to our questions. She kindly offered an earlier check-in and waited for us with air-conditioning on upon our arrival, very sweet. The apartment is spacious and clean, especially enjoyable with air-conditioning in Jul. Everything is perfect, definitely worth the value. Cheers!

Fantastic location 100 meters south of the station and close to supermarkets, an excellent bakery and the shopping streets. 20 minute flat walk to the waterfront. Loved the lift and security.

“An excellent choice”

Everything was easy from the moment of booking, the communication with the host was active, friendly and they solved the doubts I had. It is also worth mentioning the small details during the welcome and their punctuality handing over of the keys. The flat is spacious and all rooms are independent, everything was clean at the time of arrival. I have seen some previous comments mentioning that the room smelled of tobacco, but at least we didn't notice any smell. Some parts such as the bathroom have been recently renovated and everything works perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances, the washing machine is much appreciated for longer stays. Both the bed and the sofa are comfortable, and there is a fan and air conditioning available for warmer seasons. The location is outstanding. Both the sorroundings and the neighbours are quiet and there are plenty of public transport options nearby. The apartment is right next to the Nice Ville train station, which has direct connections to the main cities of the French Riviera. A 10 minute walk will take you to the nearest tram station and out the door you will find the Nice bike lane (rental bikes are a very practical and healthy option to get to the beach or the Old Town). The surrounding area is full of cafes and restaurants, but also has a wide range of shops and grocery stores. You're in France! The gastronomy is unbeatable, so take the opportunity to do some shopping and try the local products.

Very nice apartment near the station! You have all stuff for cooking in nice condition in the kitchen. Near the apartment is a brunch cafe with tasty breakfasts ! The owner of the apartment was very kind and nice!

Location is great! just near train station about 5 mins by walking. it is convenient to visit nice city or other city by train. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommend here if you would like to visit Nice!

“Handy flat for a short stay before getting train onward.”

Location was great for my trip - very close to the station with a small bakery just a short walk away, and 5 mins to the main shopping area and 15 mins to Old Nice and the sea. The street could get busy but the windows blocked out the noise really well, and the exterior blinds keep the sun out too. The apartment was super clean with great decoration and all the things needed for a short stay.

The property is so so spacious, close to the train station and feels like home. We loved having a washing machine / dryer to wash our clothes. It took a little figuring out, but once we did it was super easy. They left a bottle of water and 3 beers in the fridge which were such a lovely surprise after a long trip to get there. The wardrobe is huge, the portable aircon worked a treat! The roller shutters made us feel so safe! The kitchen was well equipped and we definitely used it a lot during our 4 nights! There’s even an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggage up and down.

The location is wonderful. Easy to reach from the train station Nice Ville and close to cafes, restaurants and two supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and well set up with a decent kitchen and a clothes washer/dryer included in the deal. The shower was one of those hand held things that don’t leave you a logical spot to put the nozzle while you’re soaping yourself but that may be a cultural aspect of how someone showers. With our luggage, the lift to the apartment was a real bonus. This is a place we would book again if visiting Nice. The promenade that Nice is famous for is about a kilometre away. The beach is not sand, it’s pebbles so take that into account if you’re contemplating a beach experience. Nice is a great city for walking everywhere. The streets a block or two away from the promenade offer some great cafes and restaurants. The vegetable and fruit markets were priced for tourists. You’d get better value at the supermarkets. However, there’s a flea market by the harbour that we found worthwhile.

Location was very convenient next to the train station, and only 10 minutes or so to the beach. Very spacious apartment with high ceilings, loved having a washing machine with stocked detergent. Air conditioner was fast at getting the room cooled down. Hand over of keys was very efficient and the host was kind enough to leave use some beers and bottled water. Would highly recommend!

This apartment is specious and full of daylight. kitchen is well equipped coffee machine, kettle, oven and everything for travelers.

The place was lovely with everything that you need. From small things like iron to even laundry detergent.They even left two beers and water in the fridge😉 The location was also superb with it being in front of the train station quite literally. Tram station was also nearby with other amenities within walking distance. The accommodation was also very clean.
