Good solution for a couple of days in Nice. You get your private room and bathroom and host fully respect your privacy. Private car parking available inside the gated area. Quiet district 10 minutes walking uphill from Promenade des Anglais; in order to reach the very heart of Nice, you have to drive 10 minutes or walk 40 minutes. Monaco, Cap Ferrat and other beautiful towns are easy reachable by car.

“Logistics a nightmare, not really somebody's home.”
The whole logistics to get into the property late in the night was an absolute nightmare and was like a treasure hunt with pictures sent to us, the crucial one missing which was where to get the keys (hidden inside a plant).

“Comfortable stay with private host”
Bright, clean, comfortable room with a full sized bathroom with bath/shower. All very nicely kept. A nice little outdoor space which sadly I didn’t have time to use. Tea and coffee in the room. Close to the airport and beach. Host was friendly, flexible and accommodating.

Our host was very responsive with communication and answering questions. The room was clean, quiet and private with own bathroom in a separate wing of the apartment. We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom and the free parking spot.

“Cozy, safe, comfortable room in a pleasant residential neighborhood close to the beach”
Great location in a gated community close to the beach, easy free parking, comfortable room with big bed, was very nice to have a coffee machine and a water boiler in the room! Great host, gave us some valuable tips on visiting points around Nice. Highly recommended!
