“Convenient location”
The location is close to the airport and train station, which is what we needed. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

“If you have a car and difficult to find hotel with parking, this is a good option!”
It took me weeks to decide to stay at this hotel. I planned to rent a car and need a car park (preferably free) during my stay in Nice. I was looking at the many accomodation along the Promenade des Anglais and whole Nice (within my budget) but none came back as satisfactory. The reason eventually came to low price and location of a tram stop infront of the hotel (Parc Phoenix) - easy and cheaper to go to NIce without having a headache finding a car park. Being delayed through immigration, queueing at the wrong AVIS counter, going to the exact car rental centre in T2, waiting in queue in getting the rental car, eventually we lost 2 hours at the airport alone. So it happened that the hotel is very near to the airport and getting there was a breeze. We were check in early and manage to get needed rest. Otherwise we could have been to Monaco to catch the changing of guard at the palace. Breakfast was filling. Parking is easy in the basement. Small carrefour less than 5 mins walking distance to buy groceries.

Room was comfortable, the bed was comfy abd we slept well. Hotel close to train,tram, busses, airport. awe hace enjoyed it.

The reception was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in a very pleasant manner. The room itself was also good — a comfortable bed, we slept really well. TV is available if anyone wants to watch. A clothes rack, and a well-maintained bathroom and toilet. Otherwise, everything was good.

It is a normal hotel near an airport, the best part is that you can catch the tram from it and reach the terminals at Nice airport pretty fast and free of charge. Otherwise its surroundings are not impressive. Room is decent, not many places to eat around.
