“Relaxing stay”
The location was great, so convenient to use the bus service into town. It had lovely terrace outside the lounge. It is perfect for a couple to use as a base or to relax at the apartment on the terrace. Jean Michel was waiting for us on our arrival and showed us around the apartment. Lovely view of the sea and of Nice town It was also useful to have a lift (5th floor) so we did not have to carry our cases up stairs.

“Lovely stay in Nice”
The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. There is more of everything that you need. The terrace is big with very nice views. The bus stop is in front of the building. And last but not least, Jean Michael was very kind to explain us useful information about our stay.

“Great place to stay longer in Nice”
Jean Michel is a great host. He is very kind and smiling. He helped us with our luggage and gave importent information for our stay in Nice. The apartment is very spacious and has great terrace with great view. The bus stop is very close so you can go to the centre very quick.

Jean-Michel greeted us upon our arrival ! The appartement was big and comfortable! The bus was across the street so it was very easy to get around to old Nice ! All in all excellent stay !

“Just returned from a weeks stay in this beautiful apartment.”
Everything was perfect, weather, location. Magnificent view from the wrap around terrace. Apartment facilities were excellent. Bus stop right outside for 10 minute bus ride to Nice centre. Very cheap and easy to travel around Nice by train or tram. Also easy to visit Monaco, Cannes, Antibes by train. Cote D'Azur is a beautiful part of the world with lots to see and do. Would highly recommend a visit there and a stay at this apartment.

“Cimiez is a nice area but it’s a bit far from the old town etc so be prepared to do some walking”
