“Excellent spacious new apartment with balcony and privat garage”

Great location in the center of Nice, near the market and main train station. The building is very secure and the big plus is to have private parking below the building. The building and the apartment are new, spacious, great balcony. Even if the traffic is loud, when you close the windows you do not hear it. In the kitchen was everything you need for cooking, we got exstra free coffe and a complimentary bottle of vine. We found this gesture very nice. The internet worked perfect. Very good communication with the host via whatsup. Somebody waited for us in front of the garage to hand over the keys. We are very grateful for that. When we left, we could leave the keys on the table. We will come again for sure.

The apartment was very clean and spacious.It was in a great location about 15 minute walk from Nice old town. The train station was very close by as were the trams. The apartment was very well equipped with everything one needs for their stay. The apartment was very secure and I felt safe entering and leaving

The apartment was cozy and helped us get settled quickly; it was nice to have a "home" to return to. All facilities and rooms matched our expectations and gave us enough space to roam around. The location was also very ideal, because it was close to the shops and a tram station.

Nice practical apartment with a kitchen, amazingly powerful air conditioning (useful and needed in the summer months), washing machine and the basics for staying in the city. We didn't use the garage but apparently there is one :) in case you have a car. Communication with the owner was smooth and the person was very friendly. Picking up the keys was easy. Just remember you pick up the keys somewhere else (plan ahead). The location is fair, lots of businesses around, noisy but we don't mind it. But if you want to stay super close to the beach, it takes a fair 25 min of walking, which we.enjoyed and loved because we are friends of walking. But if you are not used to it, it might be annoying to take the tram or walk every day. We think it's nice to also enjoy the actual city, like a local. It has a very beautiful balcony. The view is nice, it's noisy but it's in the center of the city, so, to be expected.

I did like the size of the apartment, it was maintained very well and it had every accessories what's necessary for a pleasant stay. The facility felt very safe, the garage was great and safe. It had a huge balcony for late-night meetings. 😊

the location was great, very close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. the staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The actual apartment was well catered with all the utensils you would expect.the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a washing machine provided. the balcony was very welcome.

The apartment is big enough for a family and it has a nice balcony. Kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a meal. Location is excelent, a lot of supermarkets in proximity and in the morning there is a farmer's marked near by. Tram is 5 minutes away.

Clean, modern apartment located close to the tram and supermarket. Old town is only a few minutes away on the tram or there are restaurants within walking distance.

- location - there was available parking - bid terrace - in flat there was really everything- even olive oil, salt, thread and needle - new modern building with many regular flats - fully air conditioned - owner was available on the WhatsApp always
