We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Appartement Carré d’Or! The location was perfect! right in the heart of everything. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Corinne, our host, was fantastic, warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. She was generous enough to store our bags after check-out so we could enjoy the day before our evening flight. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything is great in this apartment! Location is one of the best with the beach only 2 minutes away from it. Bakery, supermarkets, poke bar, everything you need on your doorstep!! Apartment is spacious, toilet is separate from the bathroom so great when travelling with friends. Very quiet at night. Aircon & fan available, all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine… we didn’t have to worry about a thing here. And the building has a lift, which is great for Nice because is located on the top floor.

While modest, the apartment is spacious, quiet, clean, and excellently located. It is in a well-maintained and quiet building 2 blocks from the beach, right behind one of the leading luxury hotels. It is within walking distance to all you need, with tons of amenities close by. I don't think you can do much better in terms of a central location.

Apartment is much bigger than pictures suggest. Was a great place to stay with our family for a week in a great location. Host was very welcoming and friendly and even went above any beyond to post back our child’s toy we left behind. Definitely recommend.

This property is exceptional. The photos don’t do it justice. Really spacious, bright and airy, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Corinne is wonderful and responds super quick to messages. She provides lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. The location is amazing. Around the corner, you’re 100m to the beach. Or 100m along the street and there are dozens of bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. Very quiet even in this superb location. Highly recommend!
