“Perfect for a single person or a couple on a city trip x”
PERFECT LOCATION FOR A CITY TRIP - living in the middle pf the old town, close to the beach and also both the old town (obvs) and the "modern" part of the center was such a BLESSING. Bathroom & kitchen were well equipped, the flat was tidy and surprisingly quiet for being next to restaurants & pubs. Easy to reach from the airport, check in & out were quick & uncomplicated, 5min walk to the beach promenade and an even shorter walk to wonderful bars & restaurants. i couldn't recommend this place more! :)

The location is definitely one of the best points about this apartment. It is in the middle of the old town, with a lot of shops and restaurants, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and public transportation. It is clean, modern and well equipped, and has everything you need.

“Close to everything we needed. Restaurants, bars and the beach. It was quiet but still in the centre of everything.”
It was in the beautiful heart of Nice old town and local to everything. The facilities were excellent.

Perfect Location, Apartment was clean and had all amenities for comfortable stay, including high speed internet, Smart tv , enough please for clothes. Easy check it and check out. Strongly recommend for couples or even for the family with 1 kid.

“fine”
It was fine.. a bit noisy from the bar next door.. the hallway and staircases are really poor though, dirty, poorly decorated and very disappointing. The apartment was fine but we cannot understand why the utility room is upstairs next to the bed & the bathroom next to the ceiling.. the stairs to the mezzanine were also too narrow.
