“The perfect location for a short stay in the heart of Nice Old Town”
The location! It could not have been better. Walk out of the door, straight into the heart of the Old Town and the beach/sea front. Surrounded by beautiful architecture, markets, squares, cafe bars & restaurants. It is in a stunning position!

Self catering studio apartment, perfect for a single traveller. 2nd floor. so a bit of a hike up with a suitcase, but straightforward after that. Good facilities in the bathroom and kitchen. Very close to the Market and easy to access the Promenade des Anglais.

“If you’re okay with an apartment, then this is great due to the perfect location!”
Amazing location! 2 min walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and tram stop. 10 min walk to town where all the main shops are. There is also a convenience store right next to the building.

The location is good. Close to restaurants and the beach. The appartment is small but it is done nicely and it's modern. Everything functions well. There is a good size fridge and a small stove.
