We had a duplex apartment which was clean and practical and large enough for four people. The location is excellent. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, with many options. Despite the breakfast room being small, it was well organised, and there was always enough space for everyone. We would come again.

“Excellent stay – comfortable and convenient”
This is one of my favorite places to stay in Nice. The studios have a pleasant, well-thought-out design. It’s located in a lively neighborhood, yet it’s quiet at night. Close to the Promenade. Clean, convenient, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and polite.
