“If you don’t want to ruin your holiday, don’t choose this place! Don’t choose it even if it’s free!”
It’s located in the city center, but that means the apartment is filled all night with loud street noise and the shouting of partygoers. Anyone coming here has to decide whether the proximity to the city center or a quieter apartment is more important.

Location was great - just above a lovely bakery and a marvellous restaurant. Few minutes to beach for a morning swim.

Location was excellent, just five minutes walk from the Opera tram stop. Naji was lovely, a pleasure to deal with! We had everything we needed. WiFi was excellent. It's a city that never sleeps so don't expect it to be quiet. Whatever you do ,get a burger from Bubu next door, unreal but go early, they are sold out quickly, Louise ices are delicious too! Avoid the Spar next door, absolute rip off !!! Walk a few minutes to the nearest Monop' . Delicious bakery on the corner for fresh breads and treats. The prom is a few minutes stroll away , it's beautiful. Nice is the perfect place for exploring Monaco, Antibes, Cannes Eze.....the public transport is excellent and very reasonable. Can't wait to return 😊

“Spoilt by not being able to have use of the bedroom - ceiling height is only 1.570m”
I was totally mislead about this being a duplex. The bedroom had a ceiling height of only 1.570m with a further 400mm drop beam in the centre making it totally unusable for me. I had to sleep downstairs on the sofa. The minimum ceiling height for lettings in France is 2.2m. The toilet seat was unusable. There were no wine glasses
