“Location location location”
Had a great time with my wife at Nice. Good communication with the owner, so the check in was pretty easy. The room was clean and well equipped, had everything we needed. But the best was the location: close to the airport, to tram stations, to bus stations, to restaurants, and to the beach. It was easy to reach the touristic areas and train stations, and distant enough from the hustle and bustle

“Pleasant Stay”
Two aspects I take into consideration: 1. Sleeping&hygiene--> when I entered the apartment was smelling nice, bed was prepared, 5 towels. 2. Showering --> bathroom was clean and shower was big There were some coffee to choose from and Nikolay was responsive and he offered his help. All in all the apartment was what I expected from the offer on booking 😊

“Nice cozy apartment”
The host was very friendly, we needed to use the couch so she had it prepared it for us to sleep in with sheets and everthing. The check in was very clear and easy to do with an access key. The location was near by train or bus to the city center and also by the airport (we walked to the airport to our flight back). Everything was clean.

Loved the studio! Cleanliness was great. Excellent amenities, good internet speed, smart tv with netflix. Very good location, it is situated just 1 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and tram stop. Highly recommend!
