The private apartment was beautiful. It felt like being at home with all of the comforts and more. Anca was fantastic. She was welcoming and you could feel the pride of ownership. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with bottomless teas, coffee, milk, cream, etc. The breakfasts were lovely. Truly, we couldn't have had a better experience.

Breakfasts were excellent and very large. I didn’t need any lunch! Anca is quick to reply to any questions and the area is immaculate.

Anca was a gracious and fabulous host - just the right amount of attention to make sure we had exactly what we needed, whilst giving us space to enjoy our time in NotL. Her breakfasts each morning were exquisite - and she bakes the most incredible muffins. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, in a beautifully quiet neighbourhood - the bedding on the bed was a delight and we slept like a dream.

This B & B is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. The suite was very clean, super cute and perfect for a couple days away. The location was perfect for walking to the main strip of Niagara on the Lake and was beyond quiet over night. The bed was extremely comfy with great pillows, which for me was a huge bonus. The host Anya was so accommodating and sweet, we wouldn’t hesitate to send everyone we know to stay here! The breakfast she made each morning was beyond delicious and was better then most restaurants we’ve visited.

Breakfast was very good - fresh ingredients and a variety of items. Location was easy walking distance of down town.

Anca was an amazing host, she was very welcoming and her breakfasts are exceptional! She goes the extra mile for her guests - she went out to help us get luggage straps immediately when we found out our luggages were spoilt by the airport staff. Communication was easy and we couldn't have asked for a better to stay at Niagara-on-the-Lake!

The breakfasts were scrumptous and tasty, maybe a little more than we needed!!!!!!!! The location was great and a lovely neighbourhood. Anca was delightful, friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast, location, bed, comfort, quiteness, ambience. Host was kind and considerate. Plenty of car parking. Walking distance to the town centre. Proximity to Niagara falls, town and wineries.

VERY quiet even just chatting on the front porch with my daughter the owner asked us to be quieter and we were literally just talking normal level

We liked the privacy and quiet setting in a very convenient location. the homemade breakfast was nutritious and sumptuous. The suite was cozy and comfortable! The welcoming hostess was wonderful on every level. Excellent service from start to finish!
