Great location, proximity to mall, greenhouse, Niagara teaching winey; value for the money, Friendly and efficient front staff. We love that each suite has 2 separate rooms for sleeping which suits the needs of our group.

Location. Front desk was friendly. Hot shower. Great water pressure. Fridge and microwave worked well. Very quiet.

“I enjoyed staying there and it was my first time. I'll be back.”
I enjoyed the room as it was two rooms in one. Also the price was pretty good. 24 hour front desk, laundry facility and canteen were all good as well.

It was much worse than just bad. Dirty, shabby, everything needs urgent repair. No one even thinks about respect for visitors. In the lobby - murky cold and stinking water and warm water of 35-40 degrees. No tea, no coffee. No spoon, no cup, no plate in the room. A pitiful sight. A shameful approach to business.
