“Wish we had stayed longer, Kids had a blast, and everyone felt very safe”
I loved the Location for why i was there , across the street from Ferris Wheel and Go Karts, exceptional view of the river, and to see fireworks from you room was great, especially for the kids. A/C worked very good, never felt stuffy in the room which i thought was a large room for us. Room 901 is what i had and would get again, unless there is a better one. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

The service of the hotel staff was kind, informative and overall - excellent. The hotel lobby is impressive, the room was clean and comfortable, spacious and nice. There is a coffee machine in the room but no tea or espresso. We had a problem with a leaking shower and the staff at the desk immediately got someone to check it and then upgraded us to a family suite instead. We appreciated a lot the service.

Location, staff, room, cleanliness, pool & spa, gym & pool/spa opening are open early and close late. The swimming pool and breakfast were good but could be better.

Staff was great at the front desk, they got you in and out and always helped. This includes the staff at the restaurant where we had breakfast, which you can do the buffet or order something. Getting in and out of the hotel parking was terrible, but the extra parking was in a great location easy to get to walking and driving. Oh and in my room the shower was built the wrong way so my floors were soaked from showers.

“Value for money”
Stayed at an upper floor. Great view of the fireworks at night. And hotel room wasn’t noisy at all despite facing Clifton Hill. Room was spacious for our family of 5.

Our family's 4th stay at the Vittoria Hotel. My kids absolute favourite hotel when in Niagara. This will always be our first choice Hotel. Love that it is situated right across from the heart of Clifton Hills. All of the staff are kind, amazing and accommodating. Definitely a must stay Hotel.

“Our stay at the Vittoria”
Location was good. Staff was excellent. Room was super clean. Was greeted everytime we walked in. The restaurant breakfast had a great selection, it was clean and always kept being refilled. Our servers were great and Jane was super nice. We had a great stay!!!!!!!
