At first, we were really impressed with this hotel — everything seemed great and we enjoyed our stay. However, we had a very unpleasant experience afterward. We stayed in Room 701 on the night of May 2–3 and accidentally left an expensive watch in the room. We only realized it after arriving home, so we immediately called the hotel and explained the situation. Unfortunately, the receptionist told us that no watch had been found in the room. This was surprising, as we clearly remember taking it off there. A watch worth around $1000 doesn’t simply disappear. This situation left a very negative impression. Please be cautious with your valuables — if you forget something important in this hotel, there is a risk you may not get it back.

The location was perfect, located right on Clifton hill, easy walk to and from the hotel. Parking was right on site, parked and didn't need to move the car till I left. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. Will differently be staying here again.
