“Beautiful luxury”

Loved all of it. The staff were so welcoming. Our room was so beautiful and spacious, the steam shower was incredible, and the breakfast in bed was such a wonderful idea and delivered on the time we asked for. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying in somewhere with such history. Unique place. Room was amazing. Breakfast in bed a real treat. Staff were wonderful. They gave us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub and an early check in, which was so appreciated after a long haul flight the night before and then the drive from Toronto. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Just wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you! We loved Niagara and will definitely return.

“A short stay, but a mighty one!”

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with superb facilities throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Our room was absolutely gorgeous — very spacious, beautifully designed and with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The in-room bathtub was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury. Everything felt stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it to others.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The included "breakfast in bed" was continental, but very good. The room was clean and spacious, with a king bed and a steam shower. There were bathrobes and slippers included.

“Perfect quiet Hotel but close to everything we wanted to visit”

The rooms were very spacious, we even got an upgrade with a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel was easy to reach and is in walking distance to Cliffton Hill. Also we visited the AG Restaurant which you can reach directly from the Hotel and it was a wonderful evening with very good food and great wines from the region. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we would visit again any time.

“Great stay at Sterling Inn & Spa”

We had a great stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa. Our stay truly exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and included a jacuzzi, which we used every day :) The hotel is situated at a good location, a short walk from the Falls. We came here right after I proposed to my girlfriend, so for us it was a special moment. O ur stay at the hotel really upgraded our experience in Niagara Falls.

This hotel is top of the line in Niagara Falls ! Definitely a BOUTIQUE Hotel . The Steam / Sauna showers in the room are beyond relaxing ! The high coffee beds ..sublime ..the service in bed BREAKFAST absolutely perfect with more than a continental served in resteraunts . Also the lobby has fresh water and a coffee station available..perfect for a hot or cold day! And the staff are ALWAYS friendly/ professional and accomadating to any extra needs.

We were delivered a complimentary breakfast platter for 2. It was huge, it had so much variety and was delicious! Not what I was expecting for a free breakfast at all, we were so impressed and felt like queens.

The room was huge and we got upgraded to a king suite for the 2 night duration! It was very clean and comfortable. There was a couple tv's in the room and a pullout couch. There was free specialty coffee as well as lemon water and a tea selection. I am not a fan of specialty coffee but the staff had me covered! I drank regular coffee from the staff office. The staff always had a big smile and we're very helpful when it came to finding attractions to go too. Breakfast in bed was an amazing touch. Definitely will be back to this location. I did not go to the restaurant in the building but the food looked amazing.
