Exceptional service and breathtaking views! We had an amazing stay here. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the staff made it truly special by giving us a room with a spectacular view of Niagara Falls. Waking up to that view was magical! The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is clean, well-located, and highly recommended for special occasions. We will definitely be back!

The room we were given had a great Falls view. As there are not many shops nearby, the hotel had a shop and a vending machine on a lot of floors.
