“Location is fantastic and very nice accommodation”

Beautiful home in immaculate condition. Room was small but cosy and there was a nice living room and dining room available for extra space. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection. The host/hostess were always quick to respond to texts if you needed anything. Located 5-10 minutes walk from the waterfalls and many restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Great value for the money. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our vacations. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Walking distance to the Niagara Fallsview Trail. The owner is a nice person.

Great location, within walking distance from falls and close to bus stop. Quiet and safe area. We stayed in blue room, room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was good and enjoyed meeting other guests.

Kevin and Anna are wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The location is a short walk to restaurants and the falls.

What a great B&B we stayed here for two weeks at the end of August. Kevin and Anna have such a fantastic place nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay here again, and the breakfast was perfect didn't need to eat again till the evening. 😀

“The name says it all”

Easy walking distance to the falls, hosts were attentive yet unobtrusive. Incredibly clean house. Nicely appointed lounging area with coffee, tea and a microwave. Breakfast was plentiful and first rate. Good parking which is a bonus this close to the Falls and attractions.

Anna and Kevin were accommodating with three days of different excellent meals for breakfast along with fresh fruit, home cooked blueberry muffins or croissant.

“Wonderful Place to Stay”

Kevin and Anna were fabulous hosts. They keep their home very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. I stayed in the yellow room, which was very comfortable. I also enjoyed having coffee, tea, and water available. There is a seating area outside and a living room for guests to use. Ambiance by the Falls is on a quiet street within walking distance of the Falls. Thanks for letting me leave my bag after check out time. I recommend staying here.

Like during our first visit (2018) everything we expected was there, great place for the money, warm owners, bountiful and delicious breakfast. Can’t beat the location, short walk to Clifton Hill, the falls and everything.
