Good sized room. There’s plenty parking. Safety is good and the host was very nice. Kitchen is well equipped and the self help breakfast was well thought out. Nothing fancy but really liked it

“Loved our stay here”
The B&B was a really cute and comfortable place. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It is a 45min walk to the Niagara Falls state park, which is good if you like to stay slightly away from large crowds.

The host was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and hospitable and even recommended a great place for us to eat! He greeted us with such kindness and warmth and really made us feel at home. I am also a huge germaphobe, so much that I don’t normally use hotel bedsheets, but this place was so clean that for the first time ever I felt comfortable using the sheets! The inviting atmosphere, cleanliness and kindness all combined to make an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

A few blocks around the property was ok. If you go further than a few blocks it is different. Room is clean, cozy and feeling like home.
