We had a truly delightful stay at Butler House Guest House. From the moment we arrived, the Dan & Jamie made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The guest house is beautifully maintained, combining charm and comfort in equal measure. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a real highlight—freshly prepared with quality ingredients and served with a personal touch that made each morning special. The location is convenient yet peaceful, providing a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Really beautiful accommodation and exceptionally friendly hosts. Knowledgeable regards area and things to do with personal experiences and recommendations of local restaurants. They had a set time breakfast whereby all guests sat with each other and ate and had breakfast together. We really enjoyed this. It was really enjoyable talking to the other guests about their experiences, plans and recommendations regards attractions in the area. Breakfast was different every day and was 2 courses. One savoury and one sweet. There was no choice, which could have been a problem, but we found everything beautifully cooked and delicious. Would really recommend, A small 20 minute walk to Niagara Falls

“Cozy, quaint, charming, a home away from home”

Such a lovely home like experience. Dan and Jamie were amazing hosts and run a cozy B&B in Niagara. It’s a 20-25 min walk to the American Falls, and if you find that too much there’s always an Uber on call. The breakfast made by Dan and served by Jamie was exceptional and the best part was making friends with strangers you meet at the breakfast table. Overall, a fantastic experience.

You can’t fault this place. Dan and Jamie are very welcoming, the property has a website with all you need to know about anything local. Loved this 1910 building with its original features and gorgeous wooden floors. It’s all old, but has been well renovated to make it todays standard of comfortable. Location 2 blocks from the river in a quiet road, on road free safe parking, see my photo. Comfortable bed Powerful shower over the bath Soft fluffy towels Spotlessly clean Coffee tea fruit always available Awesome 2 course breakfast served at 08:30 with the other guests (there’s 4 rooms), so lovely to chat with other travellers. CHILD FREE ZONE, so blissful peaceful.

We stayed 2 nights and were made very welcome. An absolute gem. The attention to detail was fantastic. Had 2 excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. We walked over to the Canadian side!

The house itself is nice and in a very nice street (not all streets are nice!). There is no traffic noise - in fact you can just hear the American Falls from the bedroom at night! We walked to the Falls and back, including right over to Horseshoe Falls (although that might be too far for some folks, who might need a taxi/Uber/car).

Truly exceptional B&B with lovely hosts, a family-type atmosphere, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast!! Basically everything around Niagara Falls is within walking distance, but the neighborhood itself very quiet and peaceful. Loved the cozy porch and complimentary fruit/snacks.

Living space etc was great. Coffee and cakes daily were lovely. Very welcoming.

Jamie and Dan were extremely hospitable! We had to depart early on our last morning and a "to go" breakfast was prepared. Above and beyond!
