The smell of smoke as you walk in was bad the buffet not that great saw some flies around the food not appetizing

“Staff behaviour needs to improve.”
Staff at reception was very rude. They don’t entertain your queries. Our dining dollars earned were not adjusted in the food bill by the rude staff. Also no water bottles in the room. Casino entry systems are also cumbersome.

“Didn't blow my socks off !”
Large room, great shower enclosure, plenty of storage and surfaces + mirror in the room for make-up etc. Easy parking.

“Niagara Falls stay”
We were at Niagara Falls for a one night stay. The location was great, we could walk to Falls. We enjoy a casino so was a nice option to have. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfy. We had the best night sleep of our trip so far.

“It was ok..especially for the money did expect better cleaning service”
To get breakfast or a coffee or tea u had to walk through the casnio .long walk. When we arrived there was dirty socks left on the floor. Told cleaning staff but there were left there until we left and then I told tge main desk they didn't say anything!! Also a bottle cap was on tge floor beside the bed so I don't think it was cleaned very well..

“Good location and super fair price for a high standard hotel”
The room had a nice view towards Niagara falls / Canadian side. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious and for the price quite luxurious. Beds were comfortable as well

“Old, dirty”
We we put it a room on smoking flour, horrible room, cegerat holes in the furniture. Our room didn't open, problem with battery, took the staff a long time to fix and change our room
