It’s an average 3 star property. The stay was ok we kept adding dates and they considered it a new booking in which deposit amount was added each time to a new booking. It reflects in the end as taxes and fees but when you book it clearly says damage deposit fully refundable. When we were checking out we were informed that it has been released and will be credited to the card in a day or two. Now after weeks when I am following up I got a message that they had never charged which is a total lie and unethical from the hotel side. Left a bad taste will never recommend anyone
