“Disappointed at Niagra”

The king room itself was spacious and comfortable

Location was great and walking to the falls was nice.

The reception was dirty looked very cold felt like ghost town, no warm feeling to the place carpets had dirty marks . would not stay here again.

“Convenient night stop for Niagra Falls”

- Location to Niagara Falls itself - Room size was more than enough for a couple - Small food and drinks area if wanting to eat at the hotel - Swimming pool although did not have time to make use of it unfortunately!

Clean and the room is huge. Looks modern on the common area.

The rooms were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Internet didnt work in 1 of the TV's . We reported it to the front desk, but it wasnt fixed. Was jus there for 1 night so no problem. Our rate didnt include breakfast, but the restaurant looked ok. We used the coffee maker in the room. The room was extremely spacious and bed very comfortable.

“Very large rooms”

The key factor here is the friendliness of their staff. The ladies at reception desk literally go out of their (busy) way to get you everything you need, always willing to help more, always with their best big smile on their faces. Not common at all for hotels in the US, not at least budget or holiday resorts, come to that. Rooms are quite large and spacious, which make them ultra comfortable and there's a multi functional bar / restaurant which also serves Starbucks coffee quite convenient for the weary traveller. Windows in the room can't be opened, but the airco is surprisingly efficient (I personally hate aircos and always struggle to get the room to a temperature of my liking) but you can tell they have best in class technology and so not having the chance to open the window doesn't become a problem at all, kudos to that!

“Nothing out of the ordinary stay.”

The room rates were too pricey. I originally booked 2 nights and was promised a third night at the same rate. When we decided to stay an extra night however we were informed by another desk clerk that they couldn’t honor that rather and we were ch $50 more for the same room.

I liked everything about this hotel, 1)Location:10/10 The location of this hotel is great as the fall is very close to this hotel and there are many restaurants nearby and the train station is also close like 10 minute taxi which makes the location 10/10. 2)Breakfast:8/10 The breakfast was great but had very fewer options but was apparently great. 3)Staff:10/10 The staff was great and was very helpful like eventhough we had 2 nights in this hotel still they cleaned our rooms and there is laundry aswell so the staff is 10/10. 4)Rooms:9/10 Great rooms as they were huge and cleaned

We had to switch rooms. First room was not clean, bugs everywhere, garbage from the guests before us and then hair in the bed and floor of the shower. We did in fact have our room switched, we had requested a room with a balcony and the second room we got the dumpsters were right below us so we couldn't enjoy the balcony because of the smell.
