Toilet was loose every time you went to sit o. The Toilet it moved. And the upstairs room was very noisy and loud.

“A stroll away from Niagara Falls with free car park.”
Breakfast was good and the coffee/tea is complimentary throughout the day. At time there is also some cookies served at the lobby area. My kids were very happy to have 2 desk top computers for them to play with at the lobby area.

That they do even not, at least, arrange the bed for.environmental reasons (and as they also don't have the personal to do it; thanks maybe to the orange clown in the White House ..or for economical reasons?) is absolutely NOT acceptable since you pay a."normal"; ie NOT a discounted price. Never seen such a SHITTY statement in my life !

Very disappointed! I booked a room at this hotel through Booking in the morning for the day of arrival. Upon arrival at about 5 pm we were told that all the rooms were occupied and there was no room for us! My family and I were not able to stay there, but they still charged $168 for the stay and another $190.52 for insurance from my card. At the same time, they never returned the money for the insurance, and even wrote off an additional $1 without explanation. The service is very bad, no apologies or help - they just ignore the situation. They took the money, but did not provide any services. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room and beds, facilities such as gym (though small) and pool. Breakfast was also very good. Washing-machine and drier services were also great. Overall had a nice stay at a nice quality hotel.

Check in was a breeze. Room very spacious and clean. Well stocked with basic necessities. Fridge, microwave and coffe maker available. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hrs in the lobby. Over all a great location for those looking to explore shopping in the Niagara Falls Blvd/ Military Rd area.
