“May be the cleanest hotel I have ever visited!”
Superb cleanliness and excellent staff. Location was quiet and lovely views of fields and hills. I thought beds were great some family thought they were too firm. Would not hesitate to return. Good breakfast.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. Large room, friendly staff and good value for money. A good location to break my cycling journey between Phayao and Lampang, and thought Ngao was a b nice little town.
