A very beautiful hotel — you really want to take in every detail. We had a spacious room, and in the evenings we could watch the sunset right from the living room — truly magical. The staff were very kind and helpful with any request.

Elizabeth and Christina at front desk, Emma in the dining experience is outstanding and mostly Said in the Bell Captain is truly what makes the Vanderbilt make the Four Seasons cry.

“A really good stay with excellent staff.”
Breakfast on the patio was very good. Very Good food overall. The hotel's layout and decoration along with the excellent staff generated a good ambience.

“Currently the hotel is in bad shape”
The garden patio and server Paulos, the lovely staff at the front desk. Allison personally brought up a sleeve of coffee capsules after her shift since only a few were in kitchenette. Shower was warm and powerful. Bed was comfortable and tv/WiFi worked fine.
