Hello. On October 4, 2025, I booked two rooms at your hotel on Booking.com (reservation number 65/1404496). When we arrived at the hotel, reception told us that all the rooms were occupied. I would like a refund for the money I booked. Thank you

We chose not to stay at this motel. There was no official staff at the front desk on our arrival (admittedly before check in time). The person looking after the area allowed me to use the staff toilet. The toilet was messy, untidy and soap scum and filth everywhere. A large unkempt male was hanging around the reception area and was still there on our return two hours later. We waited 15 before a staff member turned up at the desk. She addressed a customer who was returning his key because he didn't want to stay The receptionist was rude and unpleasant to him. She refused to allow me to check the room prior to swiping my credit card. we viewed the room which was old and badly in need of refurbishing. The hallways smelled and the hand rails on the steps were sticky. We decided to leave. Fortunately we received a full refund several days later, the only good thing about this business.

Lot of noise . People yelling almost every night. I couldn’T sleep well at all. And I usually don’t have a problem with the noise. It was scary . No service at all. During my 2 weeks stay, I only received new towels , garbage bag and toilet paper twice . My key had a problem opening the door everyday. So everyday I had to go to the front desk. Girls at the front desk had a very mean attitude. Overall, I would never go there again

“Better than expected”
Despite all the bad reviews we've had a good 3 nights in this motel, so I want to raise their ratings. Good value for money, clean room, cheerful and nice staff. Plenty of parking, even though Booking.com says there's none. Situated conveniently next to a laundry and shopping center.
