The America's Cup Inn features individually decorated guestrooms with colonial period furnishings and wall coverings. Excellent location in a period building. Had 2 lovely rooms .. 1 apartment for our 2 children. Decor and fittings matched. Breakfast was included and was very nice. It was everything we asked for at short notice in such a great place Newport.

Excellent communication with owners. Seamless access codes for front door and bedroom. Large very comfortable bedroom and bed. Good shower. Quiet location with free off-street parking. Excellent free coffee in upstairs kitchen.

“Lovely small hotel”
It’s a small hotel with rooms nicely decorated, preserving the style of the area’s historic houses. The breakfast is quite good — a buffet with hot, savory, and sweet options. It’s very quiet and a lovely place to spend a few days in Newport.
