Was there supposed to be a breakfast? No No No Room service! If you want clean sheets on your bed you had to take the sheets off the bed and take them to the front desk and receive new sheets and make your own bed. I am paying to have some service. if you want clean towels you have to wash them yourself You can check her out on Facebook because I took her picture and posted on face book. make her happy and she made herself known by cursing and yelling. Drug deals and drug us was out in the open and nothing was done. The hallways smelled of pot, and It also does not lend itself to a family atmosphere and there were children there. I want to point out that people sell pot sell other forms of drugs. people smoked pot openly in the parking lot. I am aware that it is legal but it is still public intoxication. This only a small part of the bad experience! this was located at 11715B, Newport news VA 23606

Denise at City Center is an amazing attendant. The location is good. I didn't like how when you try to extend your stay, you are charged a rate higher than the rate you originally booked. Due to this, I will be looking into other options instead of staying at INTOWN SUITES. If I book at a rate and extend my stay, I should pay the rate I booked, not a newer rate that keeps going up each time you extend your stay.
