“Not convenient if you plan on cooking. Great location. Close to Williamsburg and Jamestown”
Unit itself was very nice. Fairly updated and clean. Quiet area and close to places to eat and grocery.

I informed the hotel that due to traffic and unforseen circumstances we would be late arriving. I explained that we would arrive at 2:00AM. The hotel employee told me that that was not an issue and my reservation was there. When we arrived at 2:00AM we were told that our reservation was canceled as a no show. This was very upsetting. We were told that there was nothing they could do. We spent the next hour trying to straighten it out. This was a 2 night stay. I had to cancel with Booking.com and make another reservation for the 2nd day. I was charged for the 2 nights plus the additional reservation. Booking.com is waiting to get a response from the property so that they can refund me for the reservation. They have not received a response. No one is going out of their way to help resolve this issue.

The view of the lake out of my window was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful. It was quiet through the night.
