The front office staff was absolutely horrible! The older lady that said that she is the boss attitude is completely disgusting and unprofessional! I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend anyone to them! I never seen such poor Hospitality at a hotel the experience was absolutely the worst!

The front desk worker was very helpful and friendly. It wasn't crowded and it was relatively quiet. The room smelled good. It's close to a bunch of shops and restaurants.
