“Excellent hotel. We would Recommend to our friends.”
Very clean.Breakfast was awesome. The guy at desk was so friendly. Asked for extra towels and another blanket and they very accommodating.Pool was great!

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told my reservation had been canceled so I politely asked the front desk. Could they schedule me another room and he told me no there were no more however, there was a lady beside me that had the same thing happened to her. They canceled her reservation. However, they accommodated her. I had to go to an establishment because your front desk would help me book a room. I had my granddaughter in the car, my three children and my best friend worst customer service I have ever had in my life ! Very poor ! I Will Never go there again ! Also, upon arrival, I was approached by a man who wanted to sell me drugs at your hotel establishment

“We had a great time and will definitely be back.”
Location was perfect. All Entertainment was within walking distance or transit ride. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean and we had a river/city view which is very pretty at night.
