Initial response upon opening the door, wow all the windows light up the open plan living space amazingly. Large living area, mostly comfortably furnished, even though we didn't use the kitchen it was a great size & would be amazing to cook in. Bedrooms are also a great size with the second having another tv. Free access to streaming services was a bonus and a second toilet was great.

“Wonderful room and host”
The owner was highly communicative and very accommodating. Every part of our stay was a pleasure. My favourite thing was that I usually hate sleeping in any bed other than my own (for sore back reasons), but really appreciated the comfortable memory foam mattress. And, I also loved the presence of a top-sheet. Thank you for having us, and we will be back next time we are in Newcastle.

Every comfort had been thought of and was available during our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The owner, Leandro, was so helpful and accommodating of our check in and check out and checked in with me during our stay to make sure everything was ok. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
