Location was great. Close to everything we needed but in quiet back street. Breakfast was huge. Suggest you only order 1 thing rather than 2. The Croissants are huge ie Dinner plate size. Julie is lovely.

Amazing breakfast, well beyond expectation. Julie was an absolutely lovely, most friendly and helpful host. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Double spa was a nice touch too.

“Cosy and welcoming this B&B made my stay in Newcastle and I would gladly stay again!”
The host was amazing! So easy to talk to and very welcoming and accommodating. There was good variety on the breakfast menu and the food was delicious. Building felt very secure to be in and the area was fairly quiet and felt comfortable to be in as someone who is not used to the city. As I stayed in the deluxe room the spa was such a great attribute as well as the balcony. I would recommend this B&B to anyone!
