“Beautiful apartment in the heart of Newcastle with everything you could need for a great stay”

The apartment is clean, comfortable and has absolutely everything anyone could need, there are thoughtful touches everywhere. The location was amazing, it's close to a great selection of restaurants which were just steps from the building. Public transport if you needed it was a short stroll away and the included undercover parking space was very handy. This apartment is an excellent choice in the heart of Newcastle

Apartment was very clean, spacious, big tv with little treats in the fridge and coffee/tea provided. Beautiful place to stay for 2 nights as we had a basketball event 10 minutes away. Lots of pillows and blankets and towels. We felt at home! We encountered a slight issue as I had 5 guests but was able to book via booking.com (not Jordons fault) but Jordon was able to provide a solution for us very promptly. She made us feel very welcomed and was so lovely and accomodating. Absolutely LOVED the reserved parking lot and having the access card was really convenient. Location was perfect and quiet. Thank you Jordon we would love to come back if we ever need to stay in Newcastle.

It was very clean and so well equipped. The apartment was presented to a very high standard and the bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet but close to some very good restaurants and beautiful walks along the river.

Fantastic location walking distance from everywhere I needed to be. Great restaurants very close. Nice bright apartment with everything you could need. Parking convenient.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Aqua 360 and couldn’t fault the experience. The apartment was beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we needed. The quality of the towels, linen and toiletries was excellent, and the thoughtful extras — tea, coffee, chocolates and milk — were a lovely touch. We especially appreciated the provision of extra towels for the pool, which made things so easy. The location is outstanding, with a huge choice of restaurants and cafés just a very short walk away. The streaming service worked perfectly, and the check-in instructions were clear, simple and stress-free. We were also very grateful to be offered early check-in when requested. Jordan was an exceptional host — friendly, professional and incredibly responsive to any message or request. Overall, a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

“Exceptional premises”

First impressions was that the place was so fresh and inviting. We had a great view back over the pool and city. I can't believe how well fitted out the unit was by a person with a great eye for detail. The decor, linen and furnishings were immaculate and much much better than the standard cheap fare used by other premises. Everything was very clean and tidy, the cleaning staff are doing an amazing job. The room had all the little extras that you don't normally get (1 litre milk, full size soaps, shampoos etc, high quality appliances and cleaning products etc etc. The location was great as we just walked everywhere leaving the car in the secure car park. We just found our favourite place to stay in Newcastle and will be returning.

“Perfect stay”

The unit was in a wonderful location with a view over the pool, historical courtyard and museum. Close to the harbour, the light rail and within easy walking distance to main landmarks, museum, Fort, Bathers Way, restaurants and bars. Unit was clean, beautifully furnished and maintained. Having milk and other extras in fridge was very thoughtful. We were also lucky with the weather .
