Comfy bed, central location close to lots of restaurants. Parking a little tight but included. Coffee in room. reasonable choice of food for breakfast hot and cold.

Location and off street parking were fabulous. Steps from shopping, restaurants, and waterfront. The inn made excellent use of a small space to serve a surprisingly interesting and tasty breakfast. LOVED being able to pop on mid day for a quick cup of soup and to warm up.

Great location for restaurants, and easy to drive to local places to visit. Bedroom was very small, although the bed was comfortable. Very quick maintenance visit as the bathroom door didn't shut. Decent breakfast with fresh fruit etc

“A lovely town”
The room had nice decor and was accurate to the photos. The room was immaculately clean. The bedding was cotton and bed was comfortable. The TV was large and modern. There was a large fridge. The shower was hot. Furnishings were well maintained. Beautiful town and a great location within the town which was quiet, dark, felt safe, and was close to restaurants.

Location was superb, perfect for exploring Newburyport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and well stocked, good facilities (coffee machine, fridge, microwave & basic kitchen equipment.) It was lovely and warm on our arrival. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and well stocked (and homemade soup available during the day if you wanted it.) We loved it.

Location, Room and parking were all excellent. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Just few steps onto the high street and several restaurants nearby. Would visit again.

Beautiful Inn in a great location. Wow, Newburyport is such a lovely little town and we loved our stay at the Inn which is located right in the town center. Our room was very spacious, bed comfortable. Breakfast standard small-town US offering which may be a bit of a culture shock to Europeans, but nothing negative to say.
