“We were promised a two night refund (out of three nights) that has not happened. They are ghosting my messages.”
The property had deplorable conditions. Furniture was dirty and the room smelled.

“Sufficient for our needs but will look elsewhere in future”
The room was ample as expected for 3 adults. Location was good for our purposes though local eating out while really good and welcoming was limited in choice. Breakfast facility was good as expected with good choice of food

- The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. - Breakfast is extensive. - The room has a fully equipped kitchen, with all you need to cook. It also has a dishwasher. - The room is really large, well suited for a family.

“My stay at the hotel was horrible. Never again!”
There was nothing to like about this Hotel or shall I say Motel. It looks nothing like the pictures displayed online. Looks can be deceiving! The staff was horrible beside the one gentleman that I dealt with which I believe his name was Anthony. Carol Hall whom is the the manager or supervisor onsite has a nasty disposition and a nasty demeanor. She does not know how to talk to or treat guest. Also on booking.com it does not state that you have to pay anything but the money owed for the stay. When I got there Carol argued me down about having to pay a fee of $500 plus what ever I owed for the stay. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend anyone staying here ever including my dog if I had one.
