“Great stay.”

.We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would gladly recommend it. Jiana was an exceptionally kind and attentive host. She allowed us to check in a bit earlier, carefully explained everything about the accommodation, and even surprised us with delicious chocolates as a Christmas gift, which was a very thoughtful touch. During our stay, we had a small issue with the electric kettle, and Jiana promptly brought a replacement, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. It had an excellent heating system that kept us comfortable even on colder days, along with a gas fireplace that provided extra warmth when needed. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our meals, from simple breakfasts with coffee, toast, and waffles to preparing a full Christmas dinner using the stove and oven. There was plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space to store groceries, as well as containers to keep leftovers for later snacks. The beds were very comfortable, offering a great night’s rest, and there was ample storage for our belongings. The bathroom was also excellent and included a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing. Having access to a washer and dryer in the building was extremely convenient and made our three-week stay much more comfortable. The location is very good, with nearby bus stops, about a 20-minute walk to the metro station, and relatively close to a Safeway supermarket and small restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and very pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

It is a perfect accommodation equipped with everything one might need. The owner is very nice and friendly and the apartment is very nice and spacious.

The room was much more spacious than expected, It also didnt feel like a quite, due to the windows and views. It would be perfect with my kdis as well, who did not make this trip. Full kitchen, two sizable rooms. Definitely a great spot. LOcation is good for walking.

Great neighborhood, beautiful garden on the property, spacious accommodation and very accessible! Bit far from downtown Vancouver, but with a car, it's no problem!

Very friendly and amiable hosts with fantastic communication. Sorted out a minor issue immediately. Told us about things to do in the local area. Very convenient for Skytrain services into Vancouver itself, and had plenty of places to park the car right outside the property. Property had lots of appliances etc to make the stay very comfortable.

I liked the size of the apartment and the covered deck, which gave good outdoor views and sun access. The location close, after a short walk, to a specialty grocery store and bakery was good, with minimal climbing. If you are driving it is convenient because quite close to a major road. Facilities that are needed to live were almost complete. Nice windows and heating system. Great place. Our hostess was completely courteous.

A great spacious place to stay conveniently located close to the sky train and restaurants in the near vacinity. It was nice to have extra space to relax and chat with views of the river.

“Great value for such an excellent place with own deck and laundry”

Jiana was a very good hostess! The personal deck was fantastic! The bug-screens and easy-to-use window blinds were good to have and all we needed to control temperature. A/C was also available. The laundry room near the bathroom was a great extra! The dining area next to the kitchen and living room was great! The kitchen was excellent for cooking with free pasta sauce, spices, oils. Large fridge and lots of free coffee (grinds its own beans) and tea. Just up the hill from Sapperton station, with two buses running to Skytrain stations. The bedrooms and beds were large, with slippers and plenty of towels and pillows. The sofa bed was pretty good. The TV worked well with lots of channels and was also easy to watch from the dining table, which had good chairs for doing that. The Wi-Fi was great (and we had two teenagers with us). It was very cozy with an awesome view of the river from the personal deck!
