I checked out 7 hrs earlier, the man refuse to credit me, my payment. He claimed he couldn't refunded it to me. First day arrived, I had fell down in the bathtub, before taking a shower. There was not a bathtub slider, for support of slippery bathtub. I had to ask for one at the service desk.
