Everything you need for a relaxing stay in this part of NZ. Jane is a great host. Night sky is absolutely stunning! Sea Lions within walking distance. Other attractions within drivable distances.

Location, right by the beach. Information of the area in the house. The veranda. The house was exceptionally clean. Jane, the host very great. Eggs and breakfast well received. Quiet relaxing area at the end of the road.

Jane- exceptional host. Fresh eggs and cereal with plenty of milk huge bonus. Loved outdoor covered area watching native birds am and pm sitting on a comfy sofa. Parking was great. Loved the outlook, short walk to the beach to view sealions. Great place to get away from it all. Saw lots of great books left for reading, never had the time, too busy enjoying the environment. Highly recommend

A fantastic location and the cottage was clean and well maintained. We couldn’t ask for a more relaxing experience and Jane ( the hostess) was perfect. I would totally recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a quiet peaceful beachfront holiday. We will certainly return in the future to continue our exploration of the Catlins area.

this accommodation was a cosy cottage by the sea, set in a cottage garden. Just what we needed to relax after a busy Xmas with family. Owner met us and introduced us to the accommodation, always a bonus to met a real person. The owner was a good communicator re the arrival.
