“Wouldn’t stay here if I knew”
The only positive factor was the sweet girl at the front desk (not the one who checked me in). She gave me another room at my request, allowing me to move away from very noisy neighbors, and truly cared about the guest's comfort as much as possible—huge thanks to her. Also, the fairly large free parking right at the entrance is a definite plus for guests with cars.

“This was my first time staying in a hotel with a broken toilet”
This was my first time staying in a hotel with a broken toilet When we checked in, the toilet didn’t fill with water. We called reception, and a technician came to fix it, but it broke again the next morning. Not very convenient, even for one night.

The site is OK. The room was so..so. The bathroom door had been repaired with white plaster but not repainted. Desk light was damaged. Some of the room walls would need repainting. The beds were confortable. Be aware of the security deposit. If you pay with a credit card, they charge you $100.00. This amount is charged and not put on hold like most of the hotels or motels. This means that like me, since it takes a 4-5 days to get the refund, if you get your credit card bill before the credit is issued, well you have to pay the $100.00 security charge and wait fir your next credit card bill you see the credit applied. This fir me is a big NO..NO..

I had called ahead and said we would have a late arrival. When we got there, the front desk person could not even open the door and had us walk around. It is a pet friendly facility, but she was afraid of dogs and was making us move so that she could check us in. She couldn't get the key card machine working. I feel like they were renting out rooms to long-term stays. The facility did not feel all that safe.

“Not what I expected and paid for.”
The room needed sheets changed as there were stains from the last use of the room. There appeared to be only the manager and no horse keeping to assist with the hotel. One of the fires came off the track for the shower.
