Room was spacious and well-appointed, though there was occasionally a heavy rattle in the AC unit which would last for several minutes. Woke me up the first two nights so slept with it off later and had no further issues. Breakfast times were nicely spread out with an OK selection available.

“NICE MOTEL FOR AN OVERNIGHT STOPOVER.”
It was nice and the TV controller was not working and they quickly sent someone to look and replace it. Staff were friendly.

Great little hotel exceptional cleanness and coziness and with taste. Disappointing breakfast. I was expecting the breakfast quality to go along with the overall great quality of the hotel. It was disappointing the food no variety and especially the plastic one time use utensils, plates and cups.

“Good for quick not many options/too picky place good location”
Location was good. Bed was comfortable enough for a night. Staff was semi friendly for most part. Later check out (12noon)

“Will never stay at a Marriott hotel again. Very upsetting.”
The customer services were shocking. Have tried multiple times to get in contact with them to try and resolve issues and even tried to get in contact with booking.com to get in contact with them and they have averted all attempts.

The New Castle Fairfield was very nice. The room was quiet and clean. The list of restaurants for dinner was helpful.
