“Everything! Was really amaized to see that is got washing machine, dishes, cooler, microwave, iron , iron table, dryer,”
Hi. Everything was so clean and amazing! The area is very safe and extremely clean and quiet. A bit too quiet for me, as I’m an action person and like to visit places, so I went around and visited. Really nice apartment and extremely comfortable sofa and bed. I’ve slept better than on my own bed, which is a King or Queen size 🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈🤗🤗🙏

Everything was great: the flexibility, communication, and support. I highly recommend booking a pick-up service from the residence. I especially recommend Mahmoud, who is very friendly. He waited for almost two hours because of a delay and still welcomed us with a big smile and offered his help. The residence management, led by Moaz, was excellent as well. I highly recommend Sokon Residence, not only for its location, comfortable furniture, hospitality, and clean apartment, but also for taking care of every single issue that any tourist might face.

We are foreigners who booked the apartment and paid and only after paying the owner texted we must produce marriage certificate even though we are not Egyptians or Arabs. It was a lot of back and forth before booking.com intervened for us to get a refund because the owner was refusing to refund or cooperate.

“Excellent stay – wonderful hosts!”
I had a great experience staying at this apartment. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Hussein kindly picked me up when my Uber dropped me at the wrong location, which I really appreciated. Nourhan from customer services was also fantastic – very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The flat itself was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

“Amazing stay”
It's my 1st time in egypt and i needed help to get to the hotel and the lifesaver Nouhan helped me and checked up on me to see if everything is ok multiple times. Both the hotel and Nouhan were amazing. The room was verry clean and relaxing and so was the local area. i would definitely come again.
