We had a lovely stay. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. We used the fitness centre and our room was huge. The breakfast was a nice surprise!

It was clean, comfortable and a good value for money. Staff were very nice. 10 mim drive to Gruene Hall.

Location was good and the room was spacious. I enjoyed the tiled floors versus dirty carpets like most places. The AC worked well, but kind of loud and kept kicking on and off. Elevators were large as well.

Very friendly people, comfortable, beautiful rooms, great breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

The receptionist was amazing and kind! We were even given a Christmas present since it was Christmas evening. The room was clean, no musty smells, beds were comfortable and. breakfast was a full hot breakfast.

the hotel is clean. but management's attitude towards customers is as bad as possible. I made a reservation at night and didn’t see that they had a late check-in. I paid for this hotel through Booking. arrived there at 01.00 am. To which the reception desk answered that no, you cannot check in. I explained the situation that I was on the road and tired. asked to change the dates to one day ago. to which they told me no. You can pay for a new room, and we will try to return those funds. It turns out I paid twice for the number. but no one returned the money for the booking. No booking helped me, no hotel management. to the message regarding the request for a refund 💵 No one responded. once only and after that 0 information. so you should be careful and think about whether it’s worth vacationing in places where people are not respected. They also steal other people's money.
