“Great relaxing stay”
Food was excellent. Spacious room with great view of the Dead sea. Very good staff, especially in dining, full marks 1000%. Proximity to sea is great, amenities. Have regular outdoor pool and indoor seawater pool.

Salt water beach right outside the hotel (public beach) was very good and easy to access. We got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi, which was a nice addition.

I find it immoral and unbuisnes like for an hotel to have the sauna and gym un operative to notify that only after a non refund reservation where made beside of the fa t that an hotel with your reputation cact fix a jacuzzi for over a week Other than that hospitality and crew where very nice

This hotel had great facilities like the main pool and the salty pool. The access to the beach of the Dead Sea is great. The food was good and the staff was generally nice and helpful. Elevators were working and it was easy to go back and forth to the room. Parking space is ok. Always got one or two available spaces. We had at night singers coming to the lounge area and it was surprisingly great experience.

“We had a wonderful time”
We have been to this hotel many times and really like it. The room was big and clean, the food was delicious and plenty. The spa staff were very friendly and helpful and the treatments very good. We love the closeness to the sea and the fact that you don’t need to cross a road to get to the beach.
