Having traveled extensively throughout Europe and stayed in countless high-end properties, it takes a lot to truly surprise me. However, my recent stay at Hotel Elva in Neustift was nothing short of extraordinary. I can confidently say that this is one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The hotel is brand new, and every detail has been carefully thought out to provide maximum comfort and luxury. The rooms are incredibly well-equipped, modern, and pristine—a perfect sanctuary after a day in the mountains. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. I must make a special mention of Andy at the reception. He was extremely polite, professional, and elegant in his demeanor, making us feel genuinely welcome from the very first second. His hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. The dining experience was equally impressive, largely thanks to Rene, our waiter. He provided the best service we experienced during our entire trip. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made every meal special. As for the facilities, they are world-class. The wellness area is a unique spa experience featuring three different saunas that are perfect for relaxation. The gym is top-notch, catering to anyone who takes their fitness seriously. But the crown jewel is undoubtedly the swimming pool—it is simply cinematic. Swimming there while surrounded by the stunning scenery was a highlight of our trip. If you are looking for a place that combines modern luxury, incredible facilities, and a team that treats you with genuine elegance, look no further than Hotel Elva. It is simply unbelievable. We will definitely be back!

“Amazing hotel in an amazing location”

I have to say this was one of my best hotel experiences. The studio room was amazing, the gym had everything I need, the spa and sauna area provided everything you could wish for and especially for hiking it is an absolutely amazing add-on to receive the Stubai Pass to use the buses along the whole valley to get to the amazing hikes available.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The gym is outstanding — spacious, fully equipped, and honestly the best I’ve seen, even compared to many 5-star hotels. The sauna and spa area is absolutely beautiful, featuring three different saunas, a relaxing lounge area, and a breathtaking view that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Special thanks to the reception staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful, answering all my requests with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and relaxation at the highest level!

This place felt like true luxury from beginning to end. We stayed for four days and it was the highlight of our trip in Austria!
