Our destination was to photograph the animals of the national park, the accommodation was close, this was the main consideration when booking accommodation. The accommodation is in a good location, you can park comfortably.

“Perfect location to visit the Bavarian National Forest.”
The location was perfect for exploring and the village had everything you needed.Right on the edge of the forest and beautiful hikes right from the door. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

“I guess it was fair and very quiet (start of April)”
The complex of houses is placed right in the middle of the village, easy access to an Edeka (grocery store) - which was also open on Sunday mornings for 2 hours or so - and to a gas-station (for late night in-bed drinks) as well as the rest of the village's attractions.

“Good choice”
Overall, the accommodation fulfilled our expectations - we don't fully understand some of the bad reviews. We got a spacious apartment with renovated kitchen and balcony. Convenient location for the trips in national park. The staff was friendly and check-in/out was without any problem (just good to know in advance that they don't accept credit cards).
