The hotel seems new, and everything was pristine. I had a good-sized room, comfortable bed, minibar, kettle (not common in hotels in Argentina, much appreciated by me!). Nice bathroom. Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was good, and included real apple and pear juice. The reception area, while not large, is tastefully decorated, and there's a large bowl of fresh apples, a nice touch in an apple-producing region - very welcome after a 6-hour coach ride.

Really nice, welcoming and comfortable mid-range hotel. Friendly & helpful staff, good-sized comfortable room, spotlessly clean throughout, decent breakfast (cold meats & cheeses, fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, etc), pleasant lounge area, short walk to the main centre with plenty of restaurant options. We stayed while visiting family in Neuquen. This was a nice place to come back to rest :)
