Clean good studio room in the settlement in the yard of the apartment house. Stayed only over one night and I'm a car, hence no high demands but it might be a bit too far if traveling without a car. Otherwise, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, tv are available. We've PARKed on the street for free prior reading the rules about German signs of parking. Easy to GET IN the room at any hour as keys are kept in the keybox
